Label Me Luxe Hair – Return & Refund Policy
At Label Me Luxe Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and hair care products. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we offer a limited return and exchange policy on select items. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy – Bundles & HD Lace Wigs Only
We accept returns and exchanges on bundles and HD lace wigs, under the following conditions:
Hair must be in its original condition – unaltered, unwashed, unused, and free of any styling products or modifications (such as cutting, dyeing, or installing).
Hair must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
2. Items That Are FINAL SALE (No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
•Custom Wigs – All custom wigs are made-to-order and non-refundable. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before ordering.
•Used, Installed, or Altered Hair Extensions & Wigs – Once hair has been manipulated in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
•Lace Closures & Frontals – Due to their delicate nature, these items are final sale.
•Hair Care Products – For hygiene reasons, all shampoos, conditioners, serums, and styling products are non-returnable.
3. Exchange Policy (For Incorrect or Defective Products Only)
We only accept exchanges if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The product is defective upon arrival.
Exchange Process:
1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours:
• Email: Labelmeluxehair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product showing the issue
• A detailed explanation of the problem
2. Return Approval & Shipping:
• If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
• The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Exchange Processing:
• Once received and inspected, we will process an exchange or issue store credit (if applicable).
• If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
4. Order Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for returns on eligible items (bundles & HD lace wigs) once they are received and inspected.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Hair Care & Maintenance Disclaimer
• We are not responsible for hair that has been altered due to improper care, coloring, or heat damage.
• To ensure the longevity of your hair, follow our recommended hair care instructions.
7. Fraud & Chargeback Policy
• Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent ban from shopping with Label Me Luxe Hair.
• We work closely with payment processors to prevent fraud and will take legal action if necessary.
