HOW IT WORKS

01 — START WITH YOUR CONSULTATION

Your custom experience begins with a $50 Custom Wig Consultation.

During your consultation, we’ll talk through everything needed to create your unit, including your desired style, hair texture, length, lace, density, construction, customization, color, and overall investment.

02 — CREATE YOUR CUSTOM PLAN

Once we understand your vision, we’ll determine exactly what your unit needs and create your personalized wig plan.

You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before production begins.

03 — SECURE YOUR ORDER

After your consultation, you’ll receive an invoice for your custom unit.

A 50% production deposit is required before your hair is ordered and production begins.

*Your consultation fee is applied toward your custom wig when you move forward.

04 — WE CREATE

Your hair is sourced and your unit is handcrafted to your specifications.

Because your wig is made specifically for you, custom orders are not mass-produced or pulled from a shelf.

05 — FINAL BALANCE + DELIVERY

Once your unit is complete, your remaining balance is due before your wig is shipped or made available for pickup.

Then it’s time to wear the hell out of it.
