Every custom unit begins with a $50 Custom Wig Consultation.

Purchase your consultation and you’ll receive the information needed to schedule your consultation call or FaceTime.

We’ll discuss your desired look, hair, length, lace, density, construction, customization, color, timeline, and budget.

STEP 02

DESIGN YOUR UNIT

This is where your vision becomes a plan.

We’ll determine the hair, construction, specifications, and customizations needed to create your unit.

You’ll receive your exact custom investment before production begins.

STEP 03

SECURE YOUR ORDER

Once you’ve approved your custom design, you’ll receive your invoice.

A 50% production deposit secures your order and allows us to purchase the materials needed specifically for your unit.

STEP 04

WE GET TO WORK

Your hair is ordered and your unit enters production.

Your wig is handcrafted according to the specifications established during your consultation.

STEP 05

FINAL QUALITY CHECK

Before your unit leaves the studio, it goes through a final check to ensure it meets the specifications of your order.

STEP 06

COMPLETE YOUR BALANCE

Your remaining balance is due before your completed unit is shipped or released for pickup.

YOUR LUXE ARRIVAL

Your custom unit is packaged and delivered, ready for you to make it yours.
