HOW MUCH IS A CUSTOM WIG?

Custom wig pricing varies based on the hair, length, lace, density, construction, customization, and other specifications you choose.

That’s why we don’t use a one-price-fits-all custom wig menu.

Your exact investment is determined during your consultation.

HOW DO I START?

Start by purchasing the $50 Custom Wig Consultation.

After purchasing, you’ll receive the information needed to schedule your consultation call or FaceTime.

WHAT IS THE $50 CONSULTATION FEE FOR?

Your consultation is where we design your custom unit together.

We’ll discuss your desired look and determine the specifications needed for your wig.

When you move forward with your custom wig, your $50 consultation fee is applied toward your order.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A WIG AFTER MY CONSULTATION?

No.

The consultation allows us to determine whether the custom unit you’re envisioning is the right fit for you and your budget.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll create your invoice and production can begin once your deposit is paid.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

A 50% production deposit is required before your custom unit enters production.

WHEN DO I PAY THE REST?

Your remaining balance is due before your completed unit is shipped or released for pickup.

DO YOU KEEP WIGS IN STOCK?

Our Custom Wig Studio operates primarily on a made-to-order basis.

This allows us to source the hair and create your unit according to your individual specifications rather than carrying large amounts of finished inventory.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM WIG TAKE?

Turnaround depends on the specifications of your unit, hair availability, customization, and our current production schedule.

Your estimated turnaround will be discussed during your consultation and communicated before production begins.

CAN I CHOOSE MY HAIR?

Absolutely.

We’ll discuss available hair options, textures, lengths, lace, and density during your consultation.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC LOOK?

Yes.

Bring inspiration photos, screenshots, videos, or examples of looks you love to your consultation.

We’ll use them to understand your vision while creating a unit that’s customized specifically for you.

CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE A WIG IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT?

Absolutely.

That’s one of the reasons the consultation exists.

If you know you want to change your look but aren’t sure about the texture, length, lace, density, or construction, we’ll help you narrow it down.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM COLOR?

Custom color may be available depending on the hair and look you’re requesting.

Color services are quoted separately when applicable.

CAN I REQUEST A GLUELESS WIG?

Yes. Glueless construction can be requested depending on the design of your unit.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR?

Custom units are normally created using hair sourced through Label Me Luxe so we can maintain consistency and quality throughout the production process.

If you have a special request, discuss it during your consultation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS?

Because custom units are created specifically for you and materials are purchased based on your approved specifications, changes after production begins may result in additional costs and may not always be possible.

We’ll confirm your specifications before production begins.

CAN I CANCEL MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Custom orders are made specifically for the client and materials are purchased specifically for the order.

For that reason, production deposits are subject to our custom-order policy.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM WIG?

Because custom units are personalized specifically for each client, custom units are generally final sale.
